<日本国内配送の返品・交換について>

FUYOOでは、一点ものや手仕事による作品を多く取り扱っております。
そのため、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

以下の場合のみ、返品または交換を承ります。

* ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
* 商品に初期不良や破損があった場合

商品到着後 3日以内 に、注文番号を添えて info@fuyooshop.com までご連絡ください。

確認後、返品・交換方法をご案内いたします。

<返品・交換をお受けできない場合>

以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできません。

* お客様都合（イメージ違い、色味・質感・サイズ感など）
* 商品到着後3日を過ぎてご連絡いただいた場合
* 一度ご使用になられた商品
* お客様のもとで破損・汚損された商品
* 加工・修理された商品
* 商品タグ・付属品・包装材が不足している商品

<返品・交換の送料について>

商品の誤送や初期不良による返品・交換にかかる送料は、当店が負担いたします。
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

<International Orders>

For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

* You receive an incorrect item.
* The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please contact info@fuyooshop.com within 5 days of delivery and include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the outer packaging
* Photos of the entire item
* Photos showing the damaged area

If a package is returned to Japan due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for all return shipping and reshipping costs.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
