Rather than mass-produced items, we carefully craft each ceramic plate and object, imbued with the tranquility that only comes from being handmade.
Through the artist's hands, the clay takes on a shape, and that shape transforms into "existence."
I thought, "If I could keep my emotions for a long time, I would like to leave them in the earth and keep them there."
PEON's grape sculptures are made using techniques unique to ceramics, with each grape being hollowed out.
It is a "three-dimensional record of emotions" created by layering the artist's time and emotions one grain at a time.
